Stories From THE VINEYARD: KERMIT LYNCH WINE DINNER

Join the Dunn & Sons team at The Pheasant for a night of storytelling and french country cooking in our 250 year farmhouse. If you love an esoteric French or Italian wine, chances are it was imported by Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant, and on Saturday, March 2nd you’ll get a chance to sip some real icons. Every KL wine manages to walk the line between avant garde, minimal interventionist, and flaw free, you’re sure to fall in love with a bottle or two during the four-course family style menu. Learn the human stories behind these wines, with the guidance of Brittany Galbraith, KL Massachusetts representative and Dunn & Sons Somm, Kim Prokoshyn. Chef/Somm Derek Salkin will be pulling out the stops with wonderful seasonal winter dishes like oysters, mini croque monsieurs, Alsatian onion tart, chicken roulade with wild mushrooms, gnocchi parisienne and sauce vin jaune followed by a cheese course.

Grab a reservation for this family style french country side feast; dinner costs $125 per person, which includes gratuity. As always, wines from the dinner will be available to order and picked up at Dunn & Sons.
