Ever wonder how caviar is produced? Or why it is so expensive and what the differences are between caviars? Expand your knowledge about one of the most intriguing luxury foods during a masterclass presented by Sarah Mayo of Black River Caviar in Uruguay.

The Masterclass will cover caviar quality distinctions, production methods, and the impact of "merrior" on the finished caviar. Best of all attendees will taste three grades of premium Oscietra from Black River Caviar along with gorgeous bubbles. $75pp
